Annual Maintenance Contract
LPG fuel is an essential fuel for many of the business operations and any failure in the supply will have a direct impact or loss in the business. It is essential for all LPG customers to subscribe to the annual maintenance contract (AMC) of the LPG system.
We offer comprehensive and non-comprehensive maintenance contracts to our customers. Maintenance contracts shall cover routine inspections, tank storage monitoring and refilling, gas leak detections system calibrations, repair works if any, and leakage tests.
Gas System-Operation and Management
Gas is an essential utility, can affect your business if stopped in the middle of your business. Any maintenance in gas networks has to be done immediately to avoid potential damages due to leakages or fire. We understand the importance and thus maintain a dedicated team for the maintenance operations. We operate and maintain gas systems for various hotels, residential buildings, shopping malls, factories, and restaurants. Customers holding our maintenance contract will have emergency response service as well as preventive maintenance visits to check the system periodically. Any faults or damages will be attended to immediately.
We also provide service in operating the LPG network on behalf of the building owner, where multiple tenants are using the gas facility, as in the case of residential apartments, shopping malls, etc. Our gas utility service team takes monthly readings from the gas meters and bills to the tenants accordingly. We have various payment facilities for the convenience of the tenants. We also provide the most advanced and cutting edge telemetric service to remotely monitor the gas tank volume and ensure the continuous supply of gas for the customer.
Gas Emergency Support
A dedicated 24x7 emergency response team is maintained for the safe operation and handling of the LPG system. Maintenance is offered free of cost along with the gas utility management and hence save on the maintenance cost of the building owners.
